Dear Mr. Laramore – this is hard news. Anna and I recently returned from Chile and have been wanting to get in touch. Truly an Angel has returned home. All of our love, sympathy and prayers.
Comment from Charles Faulkner that came in by email:
“So sorry to hear this. My condolences to Gary and the entire family. Unfortunately, I have to report that James Woodall also passed in the last few days. He was brought up in our last reunion as being in the band when Dr. Garner arrived. He was a graduate of Dumas HS and played tuba. Additionally, he was a band parent when I taught in Clovis. He and his wife, Linda, had two sons, Darin and Brady. James was retired from the U.S. Air Force. I had no more information other than a post on FB by his son.”
