Update from Dayton Scholz at the PRISMA Festival & Academy

We just received an update from Dayton Sholz on how his time at PRISMA in Canada is going. Read further:

Hey, everyone! This first week in Powell River, Canada has been absolutely amazing. I have learned so much about connection and music making. I have met so many people from around the world such as Korea, Japan, Costa Rica, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, and even some people from back home like Los Angeles, South Carolina, Iowa, and yes Texas. I’ve even been convinced to audition at UCLA and Eastman School of Music for my Master and Doctoral studies!

This trip has been once in a life time playing for thousands of people on stage and even the beauty of the Wellington Beach in Powell River. Thank you to everyone who supported this trip and took the time to reach out and support this amazing opportunity. I look forward to sharing recordings soon and I’ll keep in touch to let everyone know how Mahler’s immaculate 5th symphony turns out this very last week 🙂
