Music Career Day returns to the West Texas A&M University School of Music on Friday, January 30, 2026, and registration is now open!
This day-long event is designed for high school juniors, seniors, and transfer students interested in music careers — from education and performance to composition and more. Parents and guardians are welcome too!
Highlights:
- Faculty and ensemble performances
- Informational sessions on music programs, financial aid, admissions, and campus life
- Sit in with the WTAMU Symphonic Band
- Campus tour and Q&A with faculty
- Auditions from 3:00–5:00 PM for seniors who have applied
- Lunch provided

Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Auditions follow)
