WTAMU Symphonic Band Named Winner of Presidential Order of the Silver Buffalo Award

The WT Symphonic Band was named the winner of the Presidential Order of the Silver Buffalo Award, presented to individuals and groups who have brought national or international recognition to WT.

This selection is made by the Office of the President and is the second time that the Symphonic Band has been honored with this award during Donald J. Lefevre’s tenure at WTAMU.

The students of the ensemble have expressed how excited they are to be selected for this wonderful honor and want to thank President Walter Wendler and his office for the distinction.
