1967~1972
What was your degree in?
Bachelor of Music Education
Where are you living now and what are you doing?
I am currently living in Odessa, Tx. I am the Congregational Care Pastor of First Methodist Church Church, Odessa, Tx.
Tell us about your family.
I am very happily married to my wonderful wife, Peggy Brown Wallin of 56 years! We have one daughter Heather, son in law Jason Wood, 4 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
What instrument did you play?
French Horn in band. My major instrument was the violin.
Tell us a favorite band memory that you have from your time at WT.
Being elected Band President and being awarded the Earnest Howery Spirit Award are very special memories but the best is being und the direction of Dr. Garner. I learned so much from him.

What did you learn from your time at WT?
A good education takes a lot of dedication and hard work but it is invaluable!
Why did you come to WT?
It was recommended to me by my violin teacher, Mr. Glenn Truax who was once the band Director of the WT Band, and it was also affordable and close to my home in Gruver, Tx.
